Damola Akindolire is a building professional with over a decade of experience in the real estate industry. His expertise cover project management, assets management, amongst others. He started his career as a project supervisor with Mydas Homes before moving on to Hedgestone capital as a real estate investment and research analyst. Prior to joining Alpha Mead Development Company, Damola was Manager, Real Estate Development in Saunders Development Company, an arm of Sankore Global Investment (Owners of Diamond Securities Ltd). He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Builders (CIOB UK) as well as the Australian Institute of Builders.
Chidimma Onyeokoro Founder, KL Advisory
Chidimma Helen Onyeokoro is the Founder of KL Advisory. An end to end consulting and advisory company she founded over 12 years ago. Chidimma is a C-Suite Executive with 15 years of experience and a Business Leader who sits on the Board of various organisations both locally and internationally. She started her career in the finance and investment sector, working with Wells Fargo as a Credit & Investment Manager and then moved on to Chicago Merchantile Exchange where she traded Investments in the German, French and North American Market.
Her impact on the Nigerian Business Economy started with Jumia Nigeria as the pioneer Head of Regional Sales, where she had set up the entire sales structure of the organisation. Subsequently, she moved on to Concept Group Nigeria as Group Head, Marketing and Strategy, a position she held until recently. Chidimma’s Key Forte is in Lending, Financial Performance Management, Investment Banking, Oil and Gas, Agribusiness, Real Estate, eCommerce, Internet of Things, ICT, Manufacturing, Business Modeling, Global Financial Market Operations, Equipment Leasing and International Trade with a track record of Linking Performance to Business Strategy while focused on the 4Ps (People, Performance, Productivity and Profits).
She holds double Bachelors in Psychology & Economics and triple MBAs in Finance, Marketing & Entrepreneurship from the University of Illinois Chicago.
Christopher Akande, Group Product Manager, Spotify.
Christopher Akande is the Group Product Manager at Spotify. He is passionate about scaling Product teams and mentoring Product Managers. He formerly worked at Konga, where he scaled the TechOps team and also led the Product Team at Zalando. Before the iPhone and Android, when Blackberry still ruled the world, he worked in Tech Support, Implementations Support, and Technical Project Management.
Olugbenga M. Akinlabi Esq – Principal Partner, Broadridge Law Firm
Olugbenga Akinlabi has over sixteen (16) years of practical commercial dispute resolution and corporate and commercial legal practice experience. He is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Prior to joining Broadridge, he was with the firms of G.O. Sodipo & Co and Messrs Templars, which are leading commercial law firms in Nigeria. He has carved a niche for himself in commercial dispute resolution, corporate and commercial law and regulatory and compliance issues. He has successfully represented many multinational companies in many complex commercial disputes at different fora, including appellate courts in Nigeria and arbitral proceedings. His in-depth knowledge of the law garnered over the years in commercial law practice is a valuable asset to clients’ myriad clients. He was appointed as a Notary Public for the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 2013 by the Chief Justice of the Federation.
