Pandora Agency Limited is proud to announce that its Managing Director, Kehinde Ruth Onasoga, has been officially inducted as a Certified Advertising Practitioner by the Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON).
The induction ceremony took place on Thursday, 11th September 2025, in Lagos, where Kehinde was formally recognised and granted legal practitioner status in Nigeria’s advertising profession.

This achievement comes at an exciting time for Pandora Agency, coinciding with the company’s 10th anniversary and its expansion into the North American market through Connected TV (CTV) advertising, a strategic move designed to help African businesses reach and engage diaspora audiences in the United States.
“After years of putting this off, I finally completed my ARCON certification,” said Kehinde. “I’m grateful to the ARCON team and the trainers who led those intense days of learning. This step means practising advertising at a higher legal, professional level. Onwards!”
Indeed, Kehinde is honoured by this recognition. Being certified by ARCON adds legitimacy to Pandora Agency’s work and also strengthens the trust the clients place in the organisation. It’s a responsibility she carries with great pride.
What the ARCON Certification Means
- Legal Recognition: The ARCON certification signifies that Kehinde is now officially a legal practitioner in the advertising industry in Nigeria, with the rights, responsibilities, and recognition that accompany this status.
- Enhanced Credibility: For Pandora Agency Limited and its clients, this underscores Pandora’s dedication to operating in line with national advertising regulations and ethical best practices.
- Commitment to Excellence: This milestone reinforces Pandora’s drive to deliver quality-driven and measurable campaigns that are not only creative and impactful but also compliant with ARCON’s regulatory framework.
