Hello there! I’m Chisom Anyanwu, currently a content intern here at Pandora Agency Limited. Before joining Pandora as a content writer (intern), I was one of those people who believed that marketing was just about posting and measuring likes and views.
In less than 2 months of interning with Pandora, I’ve learned so much about marketing by actually doing it, acquiring skills and using them to work on brand campaigns and content that influences how people think.

What is the Pandora Agency Internship Scheme (PAIS) About?
The Pandora Agency Internship Scheme (PAIS) is designed to groom young professionals who are looking to find a defined path in the marketing world.
It has been around for the past 7 years, and 2026 will make it the eighth year, two years away from a decade!
PAIS is open to anyone interested in the field of marketing, specifically recent graduates who can commit to the internship program and maximize what it offers. PAIS currently welcomes individuals in the above category who are between the ages of 20 and 26. While the internship program is primarily remote, an intern might occasionally be required to attend in-person at our office.
PAIS offers paid internship placements in the following areas:
- Brand strategy
- Creative designs (Graphics and video)
- Content and Ad Copy Marketing
- Digital marketing (Social media and growth)
- Customer success
- Human resources
- Data analytics
Why Join the Pandora Agency Internship Scheme (PAIS)
While most creative agencies receive applications on a rolling basis, only a few provide the time, structure and resources to host a programme where interns are properly trained, supported and given real feedback; however, this is what PAIS offers: structured training with feedback and resources.
Here are some of the benefits of joining the Pandora Agency Internship Scheme (PAIS):
- Hands-On-Training: Interns gain exposure to hands-on learning with agency and clients’ briefs from real companies and global executives. Interns receive mentorship from experienced marketing professionals and an opportunity to apply classroom theories to real-world marketing challenges. You’ll be challenged with practical projects that solve real-world marketing and creative problems.
- Global Experience: Pandora operates across the African and North American markets, hence provides interns the opportunity to gain both continental and global experiences.
- Monthly Compensation: The PAIS internship is a 3-month internship program. Interns receive a monthly compensation of N70,000, amounting to N210,000 total compensation for the entire internship period.
- Employment Opportunity: Here’s where it gets better! Interns with excellent performance may have the opportunity to be absorbed into Pandora’s full-time employment. Past PAIS interns who got integrated into the workforce demonstrated exceptional performance and received strong recommendations from their team leads. Having said that, this opportunity is not guaranteed as it’s based on organisational needs and open positions.
Who Can Join PAIS?
- Applicants should be individuals interested in marketing, communications, creativity, and content creation.
- Must be recent graduates as at the time of application.
- Must be between the ages of 20 and 26
Alongside a degree and the preferred age bracket, applicants should also:
- Have an interest and willingness to learn skills across marketing, content creation and communications.
- Reside in Lagos (preferred but not obligatory)
- Have tools to aid communication, including functional laptops, smartphones and connectivity
