Job Summary

We are hiring a People Operations & Performance Executive to build and enforce internal systems that ensure PANDORA hires well, performs well, and operates with discipline.

This is not a traditional HR role. The role exists to hire exceptional people, ensure teams perform, maintain operational discipline, and track capability development.

The position combines HR leadership with light operational oversight and works closely with various Unit Managers.

Reporting Line

Reports to: Managing Director

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring Systems

  • Develop role scorecards and hiring criteria.
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate evaluations.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines.
  • Conduct reference checks and candidate assessments.

Onboarding & Probation Management

  • Design structured onboarding programs.
  • Conduct 30/60/90-day performance reviews.
  • Identify and address early performance risks.

Performance Management

  • Coordinate quarterly performance reviews.
  • Track KPIs across teams.
  • Implement and manage performance improvement plans where necessary.

Capability Development

  • Identify capability and skill gaps across teams.
  • Coordinate learning initiatives and training opportunities.
  • Maintain capability tracking dashboards.

Culture & Standards Enforcement

  • Ensure company values and standards are upheld.
  • Maintain professional discipline across teams.
  • Protect and reinforce a high-performance culture.

Required & Preferred Qualifications

Required:

  • 4–8 years of experience in HR, operations, or people management.
  • Experience in consulting, agency, technology, or professional services environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing recruitment and performance systems.

Preferred:

  • Experience building people systems in growing organisations.
  • Experience working directly with senior leadership teams.
