Digital Marketer

Job Summary

We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing efforts. You’ll play a crucial role in growing the agency’s presence and helping our clients scale through strategic campaigns across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital strategies aligned with business goals and client needs.
  •  Manage performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) from ideation to analysis.
  • Optimise SEO & SEM performance for both internal projects and client websites.
  • Plan and implement email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
  • Manage and grow social media channels to drive brand engagement and audience growth.
  • Analyse metrics and generate reports to measure performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, content creators, and account managers to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  •  Stay current on digital trends and emerging platforms to keep our strategies fresh and competitive. Required Skills & Experience

Requirements:

  •  3–5 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role (agency experience preferred).
  •  Strong knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEMrush, Mailchimp, and Canva.
  • Experience managing paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  •  Familiarity with marketing funnels, lead generation, and customer lifecycle management.
  •  Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, project management skills, and creative problem-solving abilities.
